Coach's Corner
We are well into the summer season and its a great time to be outside feeling fit and at the top of your game. I hope you have set some personal goals for yourself this year that include fitness and well being. Personally I have set 5 goals around fitness and have accomplished two all ready which I mention on Coaches corner Routines. Set goals for yourself, make sure they are achievable.
If you want some help or motivation to accomplishing your plan, come in and talk to us. If you are already working with a PT or a coach review your goals with him or her and have them help you and "Go for it". Let me tell you when I met my goal it was a rush like no other.
Its never to late to set some goals for yourself, so line em up and knock en down.
