Coach's Corner
Our updated website has been up for a month and the feedback I have been getting has been very supportive and positive thank you all.
Now that the holiday season is behind us lets get serious about our training. Personally I have set 5 goals around fitness and have accomplished two all ready which I mention on Coaches corner Routines. Set goals for yourself, make sure they are achievable. Put together a plan to help you meet them. If you are working with a PT or a coach review your goals with him or her and have them help you and "Go for it". Let me tell you when I met my goal it was a rush like no other.
So the year is still young and its not to late to set some goals, so line em up and knock en down.
