Philosophy

Our mission at the ROC is to give our members a different type of workout. Our training classes and sessions use a mix of old school boxing training methods, and or hardstyle or competition style Kettlebell methods. We couple that with the latest functional strength training principles. Individuals who train at the ROC will see a vast improvement in their cardiovascular conditioning, overall strength, self-discipline and self-confidence, while relieving stress and having loads of fun.

We have Coaches that constantly train and certifiy themselves in various aspects of fitness to ensure that you have the best and safest training experience.

It is an environment that welcomes all ages, men and women and athletes from the beginner to the professional.
